You will receive a standardized reply, due to WG's privacy policy they will not inform you of what action if any has been taken. 

 

Abusing the support system is against the rules and Rule Violation tickets are cross checked with WG logs.

 

There is some limit to the number of tickets you can create in some amount of time.  For cases like in general chat when lots of people are breaking the rules in the same screenshots you can save tickets by reporting more than one violator at a time.  This does however, make the ticket investigation take longer.

 

Please no replies about WG ignores rule violation tickets, they don't, and it raises suspicions that you are a rule violator attempting to dissuade people from possibly reporting you in order to avoid being banned.

  Let me get this right. So you are supposed to stop in the middle of a game and take screenshots?

It doesn't take long to take a screen shot. But the answer is yes, you need to take screen shots.

I suppose you can try to submit a report without screen shots, I record my games, so I don't have to stop in the middle of a game.  You'd want to include enough information to make it easy for the reviewer to be able to find the issue you are reporting.  IDK enough about the logging system to know if things like blocking can easily be determined looking at the logs.

Submitted a Blocking violation today (Rule 4.01).  A player blocked my slower tank from moving forward within the first 10 seconds of the game and kept at me until we were the only 2 players left alive on my team.  Took screen shorts and reported the incident.

Does the system log messaging during game play.  Twice last night people were getting nasty.  On player was dropping a ton of racial slurs.  I think it was a distraction technique to throw off the other team, but no matter what it was completely inappropriate. I didn't get a screen shot but if the system logs the messaging I will report it.

It works. If enough people do it, it would clean put a lot of problem players and make the game better for everyone.  Also, even without screenshots I believe if a player gets enough complaints for similar bad behaviour it eventually

builds enough of a file to get them suspended

Idk how to load screenshot. I player cussed me out. Said he had sex with my mom. Reported my position to the enemy. His name is jlcportugal.it was in eu server. I have screenshots. But dont know how to load.

Look at step 13.  You attach the images to the Support ticket.

Yep, I just did that. Some guy called me a few choice words and told me to delete the game. Went ahead and screenshotted it and reported him!

Hello all.. I’m glad this thread is here... I have recently made a few reports on players who are constantly harassing players.. Some of these guys are from very reputable clans and imo, should be humble and lead by example. Another thing is, my kids play this game a lot, and sometimes they use my account. I’m not to cool with people telling MY KIDS or any other kid, to “go fk their mother”, fk off” , “retard” and many other offensive language, even sometimes resulting in racial discrimination and racial comments..  I had one today WHOM IM NOT GOING TO SAY THE NAME OF THE CLAN AND  EITHER HIS NAME OUT OF RESPECT TO THE REST OF THE CLAN, EVEN THOUGH TWO OF THEM HAVE DONE THIS!  This guy started sending messages to my inbox telling my son to F off, etc etc, he lied and said my son blocked him and that that’s how he took on early damage and died early, I am no chump, and I will never lie about a mistake I’ve made or my kids make in game, I will apologize when it’s TRUE! this time it wasn’t, and to my surprise after I replied and told him I would be reporting him with screenshots if his harassment he replied, “idgaf, WarGames doesn’t reprimand (name of well known clan) players”.....

now what the heck does that make other feel like? How does this system work.? Does that mean that these players get special treatment for being in a good clan? I honestly don’t believe him, but it makes me wonder... Are these guys allowed to run free calling people names and being offensive just because they get hammered or get mad at the situation they put themselves in? This isn’t right.. I’ve met some players from very very VERY GOOD CLANS, I’m talking #1 and #2, and the few I’ve been lucky enough to chat with are very humble players and respectful... of course everyone gets heated every once in a while, but no reason to bust out the hard core words and let them fly.... I just wanted to make a point to say this in an open forum where others can see that they aren’t the only ones being [edited]’d and harassed, this is WRONG... COMPETITION IS COMPETITION, U WIN SOME U LOSE SOME! NO NEED TO MAKE UP STORIES ABOUT HOW SOMEONE ELSE MADE U DIE, WHEN U KNOW ITS [edited]!
