I want to buy a t49, so I use 300 gold that transfer to money, but when the windows go to the members select, I still have no money to buy the 75% members, so I go to transfer page to get money, but when I get back , my money is gone, can somebody help me??

I have 300000 before, that I spend 300gold to transfer 120000 money, but now I just have 250000, and I don't get anything, can anybody help me to take my money back?? Thank you.
