persistent notification for support?

my upper-left hamburger menu always has a red "1" notification. when i pull out the menu, the "? support" item has a red notification "1". when i click on it i go to some general web page for WOT that's not even blitz specific. 

 

the red "1" notification never goes away.

 

?

Mine does too, mine is a 2. Went away after the first support was closed and then came back after the second ticket.

Order unlocked: T110E5, IS-7, T110E4 & STB-1.

Assuming youve sent in ticket previously;

It means you need to give more info,

 

If you have no idea what a ticket is;

Tickets are "letters" sent to wargamming support. They help with stuff in game or on here. The only possible situation is that wargaming opened a ticket to/for you. Likely for confirmation on an issue, you requested it, or you are in trouble (suspected hacker or something)

 

Either way, WG wants you to reply. you may need to log in

nope. until yesterday i've had one closed ticket. today i have an open ticket, but it's in queue and not waiting on me.

Nope, both mine are closed and I've logged in, thing is just broken.

I sent in a ticket on this and they replied it was a problem that they were aware of and hopefully corrected by an upcoming update.

They've been aware of this for 6 months now (based on my experience).  My number has been going up over time, as a ticket was filed here or there, and closed ... and currently is stuck at 10.
