Interesting goal, but it is probably unattainable. You're always one battle away from dropping down to 66%, 75% etc. Even with a high WR platoon mate, derp tank, full on consumables and all premium ammo or what have you not. Tier I II III are "scanner lock quail". You can win your first. Your second. Odds just get worse from there on.

Thats why I want to achieve this. I did it in all the tier 1-2 tanks mostly stock and ended up in tier 3 battles and still won.

You do know that winrate doesn't mean everything, it's mainly about damage done per battle and hit rate imo
