1. Are you sealclubbing when solo?
2. Are you platooning with randoms?
3. Are you in the matrix?

explain DQ, Nuke, and a few russians... I have seen that theory where you can't seem to go past a certain point on PC (around 65% WR), it seems like the MM will make sure everyone fits in the bell curve and there's no crazy outliers

Platooning doesn't seem to work for me either. I seem to lose more or end up about the same. I think it's because I get distracted by what my platoon mate is doing and don't play as well, or I feel obligated to follow his lead when it's not where I would normally go.

It does seem like that sometimes but I think it's all about me. If I'm focused I win a lot more, if I have other things on my mind or I'm frustrated by bad players I lose more.
Winning streak - When you're winning you are happy, more relaxed, less anxious, clear headed so you play better.
Losing Streak - When losing you're tense, frustrated, focused on blaming others for losses, so you lose more.

Platoon are no longer provided the win. I lose in Platoon more often than soloing.
It's kind of weird you know. Soloing also lose but I win a lot more than platoon.
I think there must be something with 1.11 that WG didn't tell us? Never have something like this before.

Just means you're platooning with the wrong people.
Could also mean that you're playing at too high a tier for you and your toonmate when you platoon, or that you're grinding stock tanks when you platoon. A platoon is more likely to fight against a platoon on the other team, so if you're tooning in tier VI tanks, you'll often see a higher-tiered platoon (it's not possible for a tier VI toon to beat an IS-6 toon whose drivers are over age 4).
tl;dr platoon with good players at tier 3, 4, and 7-10. Avoid bad players, bad tiers, and stock tanks.

They already have. The matchmaker attempts to place an equal number of platoons on each team, if possible. So that's why when you platoon, you are much more likely to see a platoon on the red team than when you're playing solo.
