I was platooned with Lights_OUT, and the sole survivor on our team went into hiding. Clock was close, so red team was nervous about a draw.

Red team: Where is he?

SonnetVolta: Wimpville.

Red Team: Where?

+1, Sonnet.  Hilarious and maddening -- all for "one money"!

Dogfightmaster03 -- I too took a shot to save for my memoirs.  I left your name legible, since you already said you were there:  my heap of scrap metal is down there somewhere near yours....

One from running solo (don't try that at home, kids) last night with minimal commentary --

As twilight came on, and one minute turned into three, Abe reflected, "We should remember to bring our rocking chairs next time," to which his devoted Mildred replied, "Honey, you think of everything!"  And, while exchanging loving glances, they watched the green Anko carry them to victory, riding into the sunset with a Radley.  Little did they realize that they had become not exactly dead....but exactly dead weight.

Thanks, Paukenwirbel! "Not exactly dead…but dead weight!" is so very true of so many bad teammates.

On posting that hill on Castilla.i need to argue, with the right tank that location can be very effective. I've pulled a 4K game sitting there with my jagtiger.   You need to know when to use it. And when to push.   Wouldn't sit there in a Russian tank tho :D or a bloody t-34 lol!

Red IS7 saw me sniping from behind the bush, and charged me like he had something to prove. I was around 1600 health and had no module damage until the 1-2 punch of his shooting/ramming kamikaze run:

The Castillia hill can be  good for sniping in the right tank at the right time. But how about an IS7 choosing to go to the peak towards the end of the battle?? Two low HP mediums at cap and an E75 not pushing. Even his platoonmate was upset that he wasn't supporting. We lost.

I see your IS and raise you 3 more, Gib...  If you look closely, you can see my carcass near the dead red VK28.

The best part... they wound up winning.  They were encouraged to do this again.

I know the OP meant the tittle of this thread to be completely tongue-in-cheek - however, occasionally out on the battlefield, one runs across real examples of courage and sacrifice - many that go unheralded.

Thats the case with this clip I was lucky enough to capture, recently.

07 to Moocow_1 - the SU-85 driver, for your courage and selfless sacrifice!  Huzzah!

Oh boy this is hilarious

Locust Shish Kebab:  It's what's for dinner.

If the outcome of the Locust's first frontal ram wasn't convincing that it lacked judgment....

Maybe the second try will convince (pass the skewers)....

Uh, no.  And why should it?  It's a "Player" in a Tier III premium tank.

So we can't find the last red...until...   He was actually hard to kill.  I had to get to just the right spot to get my gun down enough.

Well I guess I'm going to have to post myself and my epic plan B.  Dead rail, it's going well but 4 remaining reds are not spotted.  I decide to take my T20 for a high speed run to spot the unspotted.  I'm going full out when I see a T-43 coming at me and I should have probably tried to out play him but went with plan B.

For you football fans, this is what we call the "halfback screen" play.  I missed getting him in the screen shot, but there was another medium right behind the JP E100 too.

Of course, we won, so they received positive reinforcement that "a cluster of 4" is a winning plan, but only after everyone but the FV4202 was killed and he went on a solo rampage and had a 5-kill game.

For some odd reason, his rear was pointing toward us.

Sat at spawn for entire game. Same with his platoon mate. And i thought i had 2 superpershings to back me up.....

http://i.imgur.com/CLtpj37.jpg

entire team was in a campy mood....

it actually turns out our entire team went one side and the entire red team went the other....

Okay Okay Okay Okay.  Check dis out, check dis out, check dis out!

Stage:  Middleburg

Actors: AFK top tier Tiger II, supported by twin T25/2's...

I happened to pop into a game with Sethroskull.  Exchange hello's.  Call for all hill.  Red's had a good toon on the other team.  I thought it would be a good fight.  Everyone is moving for hill.  Wait, no... some aren't.  Okay, hull down at the very back of the hills by the medium spawn point.  Our low tier mediums didn't engage... but died.  Not sure what happened.  All the Reds were in the hills.  We held out for approximately a minute and a half, which is a lifetime when you think about the fact that all seven tanks were shooting at us from 360* around.

After we die, I see this...

Instead of playing the game, the twins decided to see how far they could push the AFK Tiger into town...

Now that's team work.

Have Faith, Lacking Skill.

Today I went to the bathroom and forgot my phone.

There are 256 tiles in the bathroom...

Some day, I will have a stroke while playing this game. It will be tragic, but it will be the only reasonable response.

Oasis Palms, could not convince all the team to go dunes so after a brawl in the desert there is just a defender and I left and the cap is almost up.  My first shot into cap only brings it down to 88 so I know I have to press to get the one behind the rock with the majority of time but it shouldn't be a problem with the defender right behind me, or is he.

spawn camping T1 Heavy. At first, i thought he was afk, but I realised, as soon as he fired he was justa moron.

http://i.imgur.com/7PYIOhp.jpg

While on the topic of staying back at spawn, this Object stayed back at spawn to shoot the first flanker to drive across his gun. unfortunately, that one was me. we quickly dispatched him and moved on with our flanking.

http://i.imgur.com/PuMGfYv.jpg

When he realised that he would not win this brawl, the Panther M/10 pushed our T-43 who was carrying us into a wall, making him stuck for the rest of the match.
