You may want to uninstall and reinstall WOTB on your device.  Regarding insurance, floods are usually not covered by homeowners insurance in the U.S.  If the water touched the ground before entering your house, homeowners will not cover it.  Flood insurance is a special policy and most homeowners outside of flood zones don't have it and only find out they need it after its too late.  My guess is there is an argument over the source of the water from the flooding.  I used work for a construction company that specialized in insurance restoration work...  Good luck.  By the way, if you mention to the adjusted from the insurance company that you are considering engaging a "public adjuster" it may motivate them to settle.  Insurers do not like public adjusters.

I think I can count on the fingers of one hand the number of times I've platooned, so I'm brand new to that aspect of the game. Lots of people assume I'm always tooned - and I am a lot - but I do end up with 4-10 game runs unable to find a platoon mate and I'll happily run with anyone. I might not be able to reply immediately ( I get a lot of chat messages) but hit me for a platoon any time!

Yea we got past that part and determined what was covered but they are fighting over the fact that the ajuster thinks the contracter wants to much to do the repair so it is taking longer that it should to get the work done.  FRUSTRATING!!!!!!

Had an epic tier IX game....you know the one....no little blue pill required.  Received a friend request from non potato and went on to platoon with new friend...10-1 win.  Chat afterwards, 19th hole for tanks....the kid is 11.  I have underwear older than him, my grandkids are almost his age.  I had to let him know about Internet safety and that we could not chat anymore without his parent's permission.  Happy to platoon with the little terminator anytime as he carries my old "almost ready for depends" behind and he almost always out scores me.  What is the appropriate cut off age for Internet chat?

Savvy - I have a 7 year old & an 11 year old that are both WOTB Tankers and they both use Teamspeak and in-game chat.  Do I worry at times, absolutely..."but the times they is a changin".  These kids are raised on bits & bytes and most are pretty savvy if their parents take the responsibility & explain what is right & wrong.  My kids are not allowed to have 'friends' who use profanity, flame people during games, or ask personal questions - they will write their names down for me and I address it & they will be blocked.  Many of the best players on WOTB are going to be really young so have fun with it, mentor them on positive behavior, and show them what appropriate gaming is thru your actions.  If they are shown that cursing, flaming, and raging are the 'norm' that's what they will demonstrate - be a force for good and enjoy the energy the kids bring to the game.  AC

Savvybilder Wow you had me for a minit you mentioned old underwear and then 'Depends' My first thought was surly not that long for Depends Of cours my old brain is slow to pick it up but I finaly got it.  Some of us are six times older than your new freind but the only way they learn to do right is if someone showes them.

I noticed that this thread keeps getting away but it appears that we are nearing a mile stone of one year and almost have 5000 Posts.  Hope we can keep it up. I think that it has been benificial to alot of tankers US old guys especialy.

Well after careful consideration (okay I'm a lazy procrastinator) I sent in my registration/application.

Hey Loony sorry I missed you last night I saw that you messaged me in but I had jumped on for a quick game and then had to jump off.  I'm still trying to get my basement back up and now I have my daughter and her 5 here for a couple of weeks so game time is catch as catch can for me.
