I have been made aware of violation of EULA, and of no shoots on our team speak server. This is NOT acceptable. Let it be known that this situation is being looked into, and if you have any evidence send it to me in a pm. Consequences will be handed out, and this will not be taken lightly. I am in no way supportive of this type of action and will try to remedy this. Thank you for your time, and I apologize for a few of my clans bad actions.

Stands for "End User License Agreement" that you electronically sign when accepting the terms and conditions.

It would seem members from a few clans are engaging in some suspect behavior recently. No shoots come to mind...and yes dear pot...the kettle is black. Not the first time and definitely not the last.

When I saw that post I didnt even realise that it was a clan doing countdowns. Also im just guessing but countdowns is when you guys get on TS and hit the Battle button at the same time? If someone confirm that for me it would be appreciated. This really sucks and when I consider getting ito a clan Alexbuildit I want you to know I wont look down on your clan because of this, youre obviously pretty upset and that shows to me your clan as a whole is not like that.

It goes deeper than that.

 

Class 0 Stupid: not realizing something is Stupid.

Class I Stupid: doing something Stupid.

Class II Stupid: encouraging others to do something Stupid together.

Class III Stupid: bragging in public about doing something Stupid.

Class IV Stupid: documenting the Stupid act with clear evidentiary proof.

Class V Stupid: failing to acknowledge Stupid when confronted.

Class VI Stupid: stubbornly insisting that they will do Stupid again in the future as they please.

 

So, on the known scale of Stupid, this was a Class VI.

 

Edit: On the other hand, clan leadership trying to sort out Stupid acts, that's Smart.

Yep countdowns are when one person gives a countdown and everyone hits battle at the same time. Except in his one, a member purposefully drowned himself, and then bragged about it.... And then defended it,.., and then half my members want to leave. All because of one guy.

None of my business cause Im not in your clan but in my opinion if anyone quits your clan over a few people going rogue Alex then you dont need them anyway. No one deserts their crew when the chips are a little down. They toughen up and deal with it. You seem to be leading from the front by taking action on the rogue people. And thats the sign of a true leader. Dont let it get you down and soldier on.
