Yay, now that's what I call a good map. The only cancer left is Copperfield.

Why? Copperfield is, perhaps, the smallest map available and, therefore, results in intense and quick fights :)

It's one terribly one-sided like Rockfield. The high ground spawn gets too many advantages.

It really depends on tank composition and, more importantly, on the players - either side can win with proper actions.

Then I guess it's a good thing Rockfield was balanced to make both spawns more equal.  And that Tiers 8, 9, and 10 will no longer play on Rockfield ;)

This, Captain. This saves Rockfield. I think it was way too small for those German Beasts at tier X.

Agreed.  It's a fun map in little tanks, but when you've got a tank big enough that a giant concrete bunker can barely hide it (I'm looking at you, Maus)...

I can see it already, TOG's, AT-15's, T95s and T28s crawling the gauntlet that is the creek bed.

Well in all fairness, the word "oasis" has 2 meanings.

oasis

1. a small fertile or green area in a desert region, usually having a spring or well.
2. something serving as a refuge, relief, or pleasant change from what is usual, annoying, difficult, etc.

I'd pick #2 for this map.  The new Oasis Palms is certainly a pleasant change from the usual, annoying, snipe-fest map the old one was.

I kinda liked oasis palms the way it was. Too bad they didn't just make an entirely new desert map.

Awesome, reminds me a little bit of Sand River from the Xbox version. Glad to see this map reworked as much as it is, were getting a new map AND losing one that quite frankly was annoying. No more getting sniped constantly thats cool.
