One of the serious problems in planning the fight against American doctrine, is that the Americans do not read their manuals, nor do they feel any obligation to follow their doctrine...- From a Soviet Junior Lt's Notebook
"The best tank terrain is that without anti-tank weapons." -Russian military doctrine.

It depends whether you're willing to improve, or not. IMO, Having a good heart will not win any competition that mainly involves skills.

Over 13,000 profile views. Better than 99.99% of forum users. And more than all of club war gaming members combined. And I've never even started a thread or made a video. By the way everyone hates the rules quoting guy.
Proud member of US-1 ALL AMERICANS! Americans only. To apply here check out our feeder clans Triari and Prammo first. If you are from north or south of the border do not bother applying. You are not welcome here. Thanks.

Try looking at your statistics page. Win rate, K/D ratio, damage ratio, and average exp/damage are better measures of your skill.
Personal rating is made by some half-legit arbitrary formula that mainly takes into account total battles. I recommend you look at other statistics so you can see your improvement better.
EDIT: look yourself up on http://wotbstars.com. It provides more in-depth stats than you can see in game.
