I'm in the process of choosing a Clan. Spamalot2010 recommended I reach out to SRT to see if I might be a candidate for membership. I've been on the losing end of a number of conflicts with SRT platoons (cough iricking) and have a great deal of respect for the Clan; and its members.
I've created a Searching for Clan thread that include my stats and back-story. Full disclosure - My current WR is a few points shy of your stated minimum requirements ( a result of very little tooning and top-tier play.) I'm hopeful that other metrics (DMG, STAR1, tenure...) might prove to be mitigating factors.
Thank you for your time and consideration. I look forward to an opportunity to demonstrate my potential value to the Clan.
