Well I missed that 10 days Nice amout of credits earned though. I'm sitting at work dredding that I can't get at the game. Looking at the snow slowly creaping down the mountain. Rain now Snow later.   Oh Well  !

I was reading someother posts on the forum and some stinken illegal 10 year old must have stole them.  You know we are overrun with kids. I did the survey that the mods put out. Should we have a seperate section for understaning age gap?

I grew up playing atari 64 and then moved on to turn based pc games. I was not trained from birth for this first person Interactive stuff. Besides, I hate being mocked by those youngin's for leaving my left turn signal on the entire match  (screws up your camo rating to)

I use to love TDS but find them a challenge at the higher tiers. Patience seems to  be the name of the game. At the lower tiers you could count on the noobs rushing in. At the higher tiers they are gunning for you. If you are spotting in a TD probably a sign you are to far..

And yes, that was rude...even if it was true. Of course if that is the worst tossed in your direction your doing really well

Hey guys, just came across your thread. Nice to see some gamers of a mature bent on here! For myself, I was there when Pong hit the pizza places and my first email consisted of my first name followed by aol.com. Found this game awhile back and been grinding ever since. Not real good at it, but running the north side of 50% win rate.

anyways, nice to meet you!

I see all the comments here about wives...reminds me of advice my Dad gave me when I was young.

He said that Marriage is like a hand of cards in Poker...

you start out with two Hearts and a Diamond

and in the end all you want is a Club and a Spade

THIS! I have never heard this one before.

Ralph- this week has been atrocious for me, as well. I chalk it up to all the 'casual' 10-games-a-month tourists mindlessly grinding for the promo tank, 100xp-per-loss at a time. That, combined with the fact that I'm just not good enough to carry. But the number of games where my losing team results have 2 or more zero damage players, or I am at the top of my team with 800 dmg in a tier 10 game (with my tier 8 tank) has been astounding. I'm really looking forward to the end of this promotion.

Greetings Brett wellcome to the forums

GAMBIT I hear ya.

I ran home at noon to get a few rounds in before getting back to the work Grind of Child protection I hit up my JPanther and win and then I do the JPanther II and get working I'm bottome tier on Port Bay. I whack one guy and then help dispence several. I get another and we are down to one Red. AFK So I race to Spawn and find the guy, pump five rounds into him and some NICE GUY steals my kill.

I still got a Master out of it.  :playing:

Official fellow old guy here. The youngsters at Publix always offer to accompany me and my groceries out to the car but I always politely decline the assistance. I've usually put in an 8 - hour work day that would make their heads spin.

May not be as old as some who have posted before but do remember the days of party lines, how to use a pencil and a cassette, no seat belts and my Intellivision. Good to see that I am not the only "old man" who enjoys gaming and seeing the tanks from history books come to life.

I'm seriously considering applying for membership. I can't find a thread that outlines the requirements but if I'm not good enough I'm close. I'm definitely old enough.

(and just generally tired and exhausted enough)

Just wait till they want to do the hike with you, then you end end up carrying them about halfway through sans backpack!
