I hear Ya I can't do that anymore. I went and saw the doc Arther is in my knees and He said I was at a ( on a 10 scale for replacement.  He sent me to the specialist who proceds to rail on me for being over weight and said he wouldn't work on me unless I lost over 50 lbs.  I was polite but as I left his office I thought I wouldnt come back to see you if you were croking.

Good luck with the redue.

Ralph, I am a family doc, I have had orthopedic surgeons tell my patients to lose weight to get a knee replacement, which proves difficult when you are in extreme pain (tough to exercise when you can't move), in my experience, unless you are extremely obese (400+ lbs), you can probably get a second opinion and find a good surgeon who will work on you. Alternately, you might be able to buy yourself some time with joint injections if you haven't tried that yet. Sometimes an injection can get you 3-6 months with reduced pain before you need it again. Hope you feel better.

Thanks for the info I have a guy where I go to work out who told me about another doc who did his knee.  Right now I am not having to much pain so I will put it off as I realy hate getting cut on.  It will have to be a must when I finally do it.

Thanks for your response though.

I've been strugling with the jpanther and have lost a few. Well I had to go out on a call today and it started raining (again) so I stopped home and picked up a jacket.  Well why not just one game. I jump on the pad and wait for it to come up. Jpanther Okay I'll play ya once more.  Battel I get canal spawn on the south and go left up around the bend. Reds are exposed and I take out one. one other of my team went left and is also working them over. I hit another and my team takes him out.  So I back track to the bushes just south of the turn on that side and plug another I get him and move to take out another. Two of the reds drop down into the valley and I it them both but my partner got them. its just me and he against a tiger 2 and a isu 150 somthing. I hit the tiger and my mate takes him out. Can's see where the other red is so I move south and into the valley to draw him out. He turns to get me and is behind the metal pipe piled on the hill about the valley. I hit him and he backs up I then tracked him and my mate hits him. He comes out to get a shot and it bounces off of me though I thougth I was dead. I get one last shot and take him out.

Nice and I got a gold M for it.  My mate askes me to toon but I cant cause one game and back to work Bummer.

No Gunner I dont think so but it was interesting.  Been dealing with the rain here. Grass is getting so high it looks like a jungle but to wet to thry and  cut it.  I tried to get some tanking in Sat. but my grand daughter had a volly ball ternimant and I spent the entire day watchind little girls hit a ball back and fortuh over the net and pulling at thier shorts.  LOL.

Old noob here (61). First post. Got 2000 games now, learned enough to not be lost, but nowhere good enough for a clan. Still working on bringing the numbers up, but I'm trending in the right direction. Love the game and the community.

Thanks for the invite to your training room last night. Gave me a chance to try out my new IS-4. Tried to get a few of my fellow taters to join in, but chat has been very buggy for me lately. Think Warchief started the room. First time I saw Grille up close and personal. How does that thing even count as a tank?

+1

I made that mistake ONCE. After remarrying (and having grown up some), I don't foresee that mistake happening every again.

First wife cost $60,000 to get rid of. Thankfully no kids with that one. Current wife is a unicorn, couldn't ask for better.

Do any of you fellas use a separate Internet connection from your kids? With the boys getting older and on summer break, they're Internet use is insane. Facetime, Netflix, etc.

The trouble here is our DSL line speed is 7mbs.  That's the max any company offers here because the hardware is outdated (small port town blues). I can get cable at 30mbs but that company doesn't offer unlimited. So, I was thinking of getting a separate line.

That's tough. Other than using QOS settings on the router to prioritize your device traffic over theirs, a second connection might be the only choice. What type of router do you have?
