Has anyone who played the reworked Oasis Palms map noticed as they were playing that as the game progressed you could hear a man humming and singing in the background? The song sounded like the background music one would hear in an Egyptian mummy movie or any movie set in the desert. Just curious in anyone else noticed.

Yeah I noticed it. It was in Cpt.Cheez's guide. Probably some Muslim chant.

It's the "azam" the call to prayer which can be heard from the mosque on that map.

It's the Islamic call to prayer, the Adhan, if I heard correctly.

Not Azam it's either Azan, Adhan or Salah.

The chanting sounds as if they are coming from loudspeakers, instead of humans. Just saying. (At least on my device they do.)

Most mosques in the modern world use loudspeakers instead of people for their call to prayer. It's easier to sit in a chair and say it than have to climb each of the towers and scream at the top of your lungs.

They build their towers and huts out of some serious mud... can't even crumble it with a 107t tank at top speed!

That might be because your device has loudspeakers, and not a human throat ;)

My guess is they tried to make it sound like loudspeakers. The call to prayer is usually broadcast to the neighboring people via loudspeakers.

It is Azan. A call for prayer. The person who do the Azan is called as Bilal. Bilal will do the Azan 5 times a day marking the time where the Muslims should do their prayer. Peace no war.

True that. Even, some use recorded Azan due to lack of Bilal's present at certain area and community. Btw, he is not screaming, he use his deep voice to throw out the recite of the Azan itself.
