MM have always been an issue where a single or two good players got group with a bunch of bad one.

Here  is a suggestion. Have MM criteria where players with similar win rate are put together in the same team, calculate the average win rate, then match it with another team with similar win rate.

Also, a statistical analysis can be done to see where the standard deviation lies and use that as the match making divisions. For example, someone with 43% WR will not face someone with 57% WR. And the 57% WR would not be in a game where he's teammates are all 45% and below.

I'm just frustrated every time a new patch comes out, someone let the noobs out all together.

don't get me wrong, my WR is nothing to brag about. but teaming up with noobs whom makes obvious bad choices and lost due to stupidity kills the fun of the game.

as i started to get more experience in the game. I've notices that players with similar PR and WR tend to play with the same mindset, thus making the more enjoyable even when the team lost the game. in this case, everyone on the team feels its a fair fight rather than a lost due to a few noobs.

not necessarily. lets say if a player have 48-49% and team with similar stats player. if he is good, he's win rate will start improving because he is not dragged down by bad players. there are many tanks in this game that does not carry, for example, the LEO and Centurion. however when play correctly as a support med, those tanks can make the team shine. meanwhile, tanks that can carry games like russian heavies, this would only help them in the hands of those who knows what they're doing.

on the other hand, if a play get to their win rate by luck (which i don't see over 50% WR by luck often), then this will pit the player against his level where he can make real improvement in his skill.

These tanks can carry alot , i have both leopards and centuion so i can speak for both ... Its just the "noob" and bad people that drive them who cant carry because they have no clue how to use them of play the game.

I have carried teams a lot during my 13k games with tanks like the t25at , leopards , british meds and others what get given a bad reputation and the truth is its just the horribly bad players that give them that name and the continje to say they are bad :D

Skill-based matchamking would be a good idea at tier 10. The current matchmaking sometimes gives one team more high tier tanks than the other team. The problem is, the WoT PC team would have to improve the MM before Blitz does.

Blitz WILL NOT do anything PC already has, and in PC Match Making Ignores player stats, modules on the tank, etc. There is a pretty interesting video on MM from Wargaming.

Garage: E 50 M, Jagdpanzer E 100, Leopard 1, IS-7

Premium: T34 (1776), KpfPz 70, T6 DRACULAHelsing, Pz4S, Glacial 112, Type 62 Dragon, T49 A

AMX M4 45 Damage Record Holder! (5438 damage)

i play all meds, between all 4, Russians have the best average, american are close second, while german is close third. british is niche tank require a different style. leo is another niche extreme. but tank balance is not the discussion at hand.

does it feel good to blast a noob playing those tank out in the open. sure, but the current MM doesn't give players new to the different line a fair chance to learn. why pair a noob driver to an experience driver like you? what would you learn out of it? what would he learn out of it? It will be better to pit you against your level of players and his against his. you are way too advance for him. this is my point "to allow every players to get better with other players at the same level"

ignoring tank status and modules i can understand. most players can do well on maxout tanks. ignoring tanks stats will give the game  better check and balance for +2 -1 MM situation. but ignoring player states is another story. blitz lack a lot of functions that PC have. thus lack of player skill is more apparent when team skill mismatch happens. thus skill base MM for blitz makes sense for mobile platform while PC platform retain the way it is.

MM provides challenges.

Two 66%ers vs me and a scrub team.

Challenge Accepted. Blitz would get boring w/o these challenges. But having them too often would just be wrong.

MM is fine.
