Matilda IV. Probably the worst of tier V premiums.

Here are some stats.
Cannon; sucks
Armor; same as the tier IV Matilda.
Speed; so slow it can't get out of its own way.
PMM. Pretty good against tier III and some tier IV. Too bad it battles up to tier VI.

It's a tier V(5) tank. It should never see tier III(3). Unless I'm missing something it will see IV-VI(4-6). EDIT: that's IF IT HAS PMM. Which is unconfirmed.
I agree. I'm not certain why anyone would put a tier IV tank into a tier VI match... I must be missing something. -14 degrees of gun depression still wont fix the fact that the armor is well out paced at that tier, and with no speed the tank will be a sitting duck.
Imagine a Matilda where every match you're in, you're guaranteed to see a tier V... And about 1/3 the time you see a tier VI...
I just don't understand this tank. Someone please explain what I'm missing.

Today I went to the bathroom and forgot my phone.
There are 256 tiles in the bathroom...

I couldn't agree more. The tank blows brown bubbles.

The main advantages over the MBP are a much better turret and much more powerful engine for better acceleration and faster turning. It also has higher alpha and slightly more gun depression. The pen is atrocious though so you have to work around that. And to anyone complaining that it has "tier IV armor", keep in mind that the Matilda has troll armor at tier IV, and good armor at tier V. It is not going to fare as well against VIs but if the MBP holds up for you, so will the MIV since it has the same hull armor without the giant flat turret.

It may have same armor as the Tier IV Matilda but it has TWICE the horsepower of the Matilda and MBP....ALSO this is a 76mm gun with a very high rate of fire it can eat up tanks with low HP easily with a gun that basically aims straight down the gun depression is enormous
This thing eats other Matilda's and MBPs for breakfast
And the only bad tier V premium is that of the Matilda black prince....squishy turret and no extra horsepower and gun that is meh
This thing has alpha going for it....something that helps this Matilda survive longer in V and VI battles because it can hide longer to reset its camo and still do 120-200 damage by popping out once rather than sitting there like the tier IV British Matilda would do

I agree with Klaus_Klavier. My first battle was really OP resulting in an Ace Mastery. Please see my post First Battle Impressions - Matilda IV Ace Mastery
If you really like the British Matilda (which is me), the Matilda IV is very similar.
If you did not like the British Matilda, stay away from this one. It is just more of the same slow moving tank that crawls into battle.
But, worst tier V premium, no way. (Can I nominate the Ram II for that?)

It as $9.99 with three days of premium added. Not very expensive... And although I only have played one match in it, it wasn't bad...what do I know. I buy every premium tank on Blitz-- mainly to have fun and collect...YMMV.
