I have been playing WOTB on my Iphone for a while and only now have tried to get it back onto my Ipad Air 2. I have to delete it and re-download it because it is a 16 gigabite Ipad and I think that is more memory efficient however it did not re-download and at the point when it would show a circular bar of when it will be done it went back to the origional state of the button to download the app. I would use a support ticket however it is not possible to do so without the game client and so I cannot.

Easiest way to do this is to download it in iTunes on your PC/Mac first, then sync the iPad. That will install the game from the PC/Mac rather than from the App Store.
