Not on the upper front plate unless you're shooting HEAT.
Today I went to the bathroom and forgot my phone.

Haven't commented much, but I've been watching this thread with considerable interest. However, I would like to point out that not a single one of these reasons justifies using the hit skin mod in any way.
1/2/3.) I was saying I jailbroke my phone in the first place to be able to record. I had the mod after I watched Bushka's video so I could show viewers where the mods are located on the tanks I was firing at so they could replicate it in their game.
4.) I have stated that I only have the mods installed while I'm recording, but I have also said sometimes because I'm lazy or forget they were installed for a few games while I was not
5.) can't really argue that. If you're suspicious, you're suspicious.
6.) IS-7's lower plate (weak spot) is where the driver is located. Many modules/crew are center mass. Weak spots and center mass are where people tend to aim
7.) PM me your email so we can talk about it further if you're actually serious

MSixteen you record, and edit your games on your iOS device, yes? Looks like iMovie on iOS.
I think your computer could easily handle Reflector; it doesn't require a lot of power to save the incoming video stream. And you'd never have to worry about running out of space on your device. On the downside, iMovie really is a great editor and Windows Movie Maker is not quite as elegant, but it does do the YouTube upload quite nicely, and much faster than doing it straight from your iOS device. Perhaps you move the edited movie over to your computer for uploading to YouTube. Do you compress with Handbrake? That also saves a ton of upload time.

Does the EULA have a provision for players who have the hit skins installed, but do not actually utilize them? Or is there a clause giving permissive endorsement for those who use the mods for instructional purposes? WG really needs to speak out on this, as to if they allow it, or if they don't, and under what possible circumstances. The feedback people are getting from WG seems inconsistent based on what is shared within this thread.

I can upload a 15 minute video in about 10 minutes with my college's wifi. At home that would take half a day, but while I'm at college the wifi works wonders on my phone.
I use iMovie on my iPhone. The only other editing software I've used would be the Mac version of iMovie, and Final Cut Pro (on a mac) for a video class in high school. But again. I don't own a mac

I often struggle with the Measurement Problem also! I have spent countless hours trying to feel myself split, even going over to Harbor Freight and Tool and purchasing their nifty Double Slit Experiment in a box--gotta love Smishsnack Inc, great firm, right up their with Chaos_Ascending's D.B.D, LLC. I just can not feel myself split into different universes. So I fall back to the comforts of the Copenhagen Interpretation--yet still can't understand how the actual measurement process picks out one of the possible states of the wave function. But I guess it is true that the observer measuring is what we have to focus on, not the electron or photon that is measured. I just love how they boil the photon changing its state--even going back in time--based on weather the detection device is trying to "see" which slit the photon "chooses" to pass through. . .to the innocuous "Measurement Problem."
But I STILL can not feel myself split!
I know the Cosmological Constant needs to be fine tuned" to one part in a trillion trillion trillion trillion trillion trillion trillion trillion trillion trillion (yes, that many ((10)) trillions) in order for our universe to even exist, but do we need to accept Many Worlds to allow this to fit in the frame? There is a world that exists solely because a copy of The Book of the SubGenius has a typo on page 19? There, I just went and got a cup of coffee--wow, another universe is created because I really did not want a cup of coffee--I just wanted to create another universe! Quantum Suicide anyone. Then I think of this: E pur si muove. Galileo was said to state, "And yet it moves" in defiant response to having to recant his claims that the earth revolves around the sun. It makes me realize that even though I can not feel the earth rotating at 1040 mph, or hurtling around the sun at 18.5 miles a second--it still does. . .and yet it moves. Perhaps we split trillions of times a day as one photon goes there. . .and not there. There is simply no way we will ever know. We follow the thread of time, even though it could be a web of mind-boggling complexity.

What I'm trying to say is that it looks like you are in a tough spot for video recording because you want to share things with your viewers that you can't currently do without installing mods. So in other words, if we can take care of the technical issues, it removes the necessity to venture into what is currently either a gray area or a forbidden area (depending on who you ask) of the EULA.

I love you....actually I really am in love with you...ahh but I kid! Love you for putting that idea in my mind....but why am I always the man who ends up in the cube of water under the stage (no? Please go watch The Prestige!!!!) I always am the me that gets the, "that one bounced!" By the way, I imagine the voice actor that WG as a 45 year old name Kieth, from Cooperstown (he has a small home studio in Karla's old room) who one day decided to download this, "little carootony tank game some Russian pinko company paid me under scale to spout some nonsense about penetration" and couldn't stop screaming every time he got toasted in tier I. But it's odd because in a way he is shouting at himself, as he hears his own voice shout back, "That one bounced!" I just want to finally split into the universe where I don't drive my Obj 140 like Mrs Daisy and achieve a few points about 31% WR.

Although I suggested we stop focusing on a particular person, that is extremely well done and absolutely hilarious! 10/10.

P.S. My favourite line was actually the woman's.
I've heard that all the cool kids now-a-days compare people they don't like to Hitler.
Oh wait... that's been going on for over a decade all across internet forums. I will admit, taking the time to edit a video shows some serious dedication.
I also enjoy watching people slap the upvote after a video calls the forums a "wretched hive of scum and villainy" on the forums...
All we are missing at this point is saying something like...
"THESE HIT SKIN MODS ARE A SLAP IN THE FACE!!!111!!!!1!!!" (It's the slap in the face part that has been over done on the internet to the point ad nauseam.
