It has been three months since I joined my clan but I get ignored most of the time and I never actually platoon with anybody in there because of this so, I'm asking here for help. 

 

I need a good platoon mate for tier X with at least 2200 average damage and experience in this particular tier. I'm tired of running solo and some help will be happily accepted.

M48 and Obj. 268, these two particularly. But also E100 and IS-7 can get some help as well.

I don't think I've ever got a toon request from you. I usually send direct messages first and check our Palringo. Not sure why you are having trouble though.
