You missed it, it's in the Bugs section.

I really dislike the new mission algorithm.
Now all I get is mono tier missions.
Before, I had a variety, which I liked.
Just how hard is it, for somebody to press the skip button?

The Nerfing of the HE component seems a bit over reactive to me.
My reference books give differing results for HE armor penetration.
The previous results seem closer to the reference material that I have.
