Something's when I open the chat menu, the chat room will just freeze. I am unable to navigate to the sent message nor exit out of the chat menu. The only solution is to clear the game from my history and once I launch the game again, the message is gone. Has this happen to anyone yet?

 

A solution would be to keep the message that is sent to someone. That message wil stay there until that person opens it up to read it. Just hope that someone out there with some authoritah reads this adn passes it along to WG.

Someone could have been chat nuking you (spamming the WoT logo will freeze/crash your game).

I don't think so. These are from regular people who I have talked to before. Sometimes the chat room just freezes.

I think global chat will reach to your regular chat

This is what I'm talking about: Chat frozen and everyone is stripped of their clan tag. I am unable to select the chat and have to wait 5 minutes for the server to connect and I am able to select the chat and talk.

Exit the app, close it, then reopen it

sometimes theres like a 2 minute period for me that if i open the chat room within 2 minutes of connecting to the server it crashes and the freeze is where u cant see clan tags 

 

and sometimes it happens right after a battle too 

 

idk if this is your case but thats when my chat room does that

problem is, after I do that, the message that is sent to me is gone.

Sometimes when you exit the game while it still plays in the background and re-enter it, the game has to reconnect to the server, which disables chat for a few seconds. That's the only 'chat freeze' that happens to me
