Long Loading Times

Ever since Update 2.4 came out, I always load into battle ~10 seconds after it started. Before, I loaded in 30-40 seconds before it happened. This is quite irritating, and has only happened since 2.4 came out. My ping is stable, ~20 ping, and FPS is 60.

 

Device: Nexus 9 32 GB Black LTE- No Carrier

Maps: All

Tanks: All

Events: Update 2.4 caused this.

 

Anyone else having this issue?

No not really but that is suspicious. Update 2.4 messed up a lot the only thing I'm glad about it is the Ke-Ni it's OP!!!

Its probably because they added new things, so its more difficult to load the map itself. Try lowering the quality settings.

Have you tried uninstall, reinstall?

I have been having the same problems! I have tried a reinstall and it hasn't worked. Did everything I could think of; tested my Internet speed, cleared cache, etc. As the OP stated, this is extremely annoying. Perhaps it's an issue with the Tegra processor? I am currently playing on my Nexus 9 tablet. I get back my Nexus 6 tomorrow from the repair shop and I will test it out. Let me know if you have any success improving your gaming. I will report back. Edit: my Nexus 6 loads the game fine. The am leaning towards there being a problem with the Tegra chipset.

Anyone seeing this delay, please enter a support ticket with details about what device you are running. The faster they have all the details on what devices are affected, the sooner they can fix it.

I'm seeing many 15 seconds End of Game delays, and then the delayed battle notification appears.

I've had that happen 3 times since 2.4 dropped.  Himmelsdorf twice but then it happened on rockfield last night.

Same here on Nexus 9. I'm also experiencing slow loading on my Nexus 6.

 

They appear to have fixed the worst of it, as I'm now loading within 30 seconds of the game beginning (rather than up to 90 seconds). My win rate is still taking a serious ding, though, as by the time I enter the game my team almost always seems to be in some town or other.

 

Or at cap.

 

Anyway, I submitted a ticket yesterday. Hopefully they resolve it soon.

Has anyone heard a solution to this problem? I am tired of hearing nothing from support. They seem to be avoiding it. I am tired of dying by being out of position.

2.4 ruined things for a lot of users. I've given up sending tickets. I believe their attitude is it

must be OUR faults.
