I downloaded the update on my iPad, no problems. On my LG G3 and galaxy S3 I can't download. I sign in and it tells me I need to update, so I hit update it goes back to sign in and round and round it goes. I cleared data and cache, uninstalled and reinstalled. Still the same. Any ideas?

hm.... weird did you try completely deleting then restarting your phone and downloading it again? If that doesnt work then it might be your phones issue as i would suggest a phone reset, clearing everything which might work! If you decide to reset your phone back up your information though so you wont loose anything
