Seeing tier 9 the KV-13 is a paper weight compared to T43 and utterly useless. 

 

I'll chaulk up my experience in the KV-13 due to the majority of matches being tier 9's at the time. No way my stats should have this much of a difference (in my opinion). 

 

 

 

 

 

I'd say that in the right hands both T-43 and KV-13 can be very useful in Tier 9 games.

Russian tanks are not known for accuracy but do have serious singe shot damage and reasonable armor so get closer to your targets. If you want to be able to shoot long range accurately use German, British, or Japanese tanks.

I liked the KV-13. I liked it a lot. I liked the T20 a lot. 

 

I was in the top 100 on in the KV-13 until more people started playing it after I stopped playing. I've never been a good T20 player, but you seem to like it a lot, and they play very differently. 

 

I take issue with what you said about the tank not being able to carry tier 9 games. The T20 is all about abusing terrain and spotting mechanics. The KV-13 is a little more in your face. I ended up in a tier 10 game after an unwise decision (my fault) in a KV-13, and I did fine. I survived, did 3.5k damage, got a little spotting in (~500 damage) and got my experience record in that game. No APCR used. 

 

So if you don't like the KV-13 then fine, that's your choice and I can't really change that, but calling it trash might be a little extreme.

Kv-13 is a beast. If T-43 had a child with IS-1 , Kv-13 is what they would be taking home from the hospital.

Why do you not have the tracks fully upgraded before complaining about mobility? It makes a difference in terrain resistance, therefore handling. That's all I have to say about that.

they were put on 1,000 xp later... No difference in my opinion afterwards.

Yeah, I actually prefer it to any other tier 7 medium.

I prefer T-43 ro KV-13 because of the better rate of fire.

Just wish I could mount a Vert Stabilizer on both of these tanks!  My Victory as well, while we are creating wish lists.
