Introduction: Blitzkrieg was a tactic first conceived in World War II by the German Army, the Wehrmacht. It was used to overwhelm enemies' defenses through swift and precise maneuvers. Most of Europe fell before it could be stopped. But now, it's back, and we plan on seeing you on the field of battle.

 

What we hope to achieve: A cohesive, funny, and highly skilled collection of players that will be feared, hated, and respected for their coordination and performance in and out of battle.

 

Requirements: Sorry to say but this is not an open clan for all to join. This is an invite-only clan but we do encourage those who are able to and meet the requirements, to apply and hope for the best. The clan is looking for exceptional damage per battle in every tank. This means consistent stats all across the board. (if your stats are low on here, for some reason, and you're decent (2300+ WN8) on PC or some other platform, tell me your name for that server/game and I'll look you up) Look below for Tier X damage requirements (Keep in mind that these are just guidelines, having these will not ensure your entry. I prefer higher than the minimums):

Tier X heavies:

E100: 2950+

IS-7: 2900+

T110E5: 2850+

IS-4: 2750+

Maus: 2650+

FV215b: 2900+

 

Tier X TDs:

T110E3: 2950+

JPE100: 2900+

268: 2900+

T110E4: 2800+

FV215b (183): 2800+

 

Tier X meds:

FV4202: 2800+

T-62: 2700+

E50M: 2700+

M48: 2700+

Leo 1: 2800+

Obj. 140: 2700+

STB-1: 2700+

 

Must also have at least 3 Tier X's (Exceptions can be made)

 

Note: We also judge you on your maturity and sense of humor, not just your stats as well. Don't forget that.

 

Communication: Teamspeak is a requirement to join but activity is not required, just preferred. Teamspeak activity gets you in good graces with the officers. We also use an app called Palringo for general chat with other clan members (KRIEG/PURPL members).

Anyone can stop by to see who is on. You can only move around in certain channels due to restrictions until we give you the proper tags.

Blitzkrieg was concieved in WWI, not the inter-war period. The use of stosstruppen was an example of the blitzkrieg.

Blitzkrieg is specifically the use of armored vehicles to cause severe panic and weakness to the enemy. Stosstruppen was similar to blitzkrieg, but not the same.

Where does it say Inter-War? I see World War II. The term was not coined until WWII, so past is irrelevant. And besides, why go so in-depth with something the thread isn't even about? it's a recruitment thread, not a history lesson.

Does it hurt to have a recruitment thread so people can know you're out there? Does being invite-only stop people from applying? No and no.
