I have issue with my ipad pro , when I move the gun to point to enemy, it moves really slow, even i set the sensitivity to 160%. The gun still move slowly, i had to swipe many times to keep up.  When i play regular IPad air or IPad mini, no issue. 

Did i do something wrong ?

If you Have a screen protector on your device I would recommend checking to see if the screen protector is applied without bubbles or creases. If the screen protector isn't on right that could hinder the touchscreens responsiveness.

This is a known issue with the iPad Pro, has nothing to do with a screen protector.

I don't have screen protection on it, nor any other software installed on the IPad pro, i bought this ipad pro just for this game. Hopefully the developers can fix it if it is a real software issue. I just want to make sure i didn't do anything stupid.
