I think "fear factor" is almost entirely dependent on the driver behind it.

 

If I recognize the Type 59 driver as a good player, then I'll mark it to die first. If I don't, then it's generally in the middle of the pack on my priority list.

Using very conservative numbers, 300 units - 56 Giveway units = 244. There are the units in the WG employers for test purposes, maybe 5? We got around 240 units sold.

 

 

May want to check out that site again. There's a lot more out there. I have one. My problem is it I forget to be patient in battles with it. It rains credits either way and came with a bunch of gold so I am happy. Everyone is having problems earning credits. I'm not.

I have a type 59 i have around 1900 battles in it because i bought it when it was first released last christmas and i think this tank needs some serious buffs to the rate of fire, accleration other than that all the stats seem to be average or slightly above average and for a $80 tank (i live in canada) i think we should get more for our money as the tank does have some things that are exceptionally good such as firing on the move or engaging lower tier mediums

I bought one. I am a noob. It is a nice tank, but totally overpriced. Wouldn't recommend it.

NO IT DOES NOT LIVE UP TO ITS HYPE...in my opinion, the t-44 is better... I bought this tank at$50 and immediately regreted it after 5 battles on it..  Its supposed to be OP but in reality its OK because the gun sucks and trolls a lot... They did a goodjob at hyping it t up though because despite the ridiculously high price, I bought it and now hardly ever use it

Ehh, doesn't really live up to the full hype, maybe only 70%. It does look nice though.

(59 is my favorite Tier VIII right now. It lets me play a medium tank without bleeding credits.  Could it use a buff in a variety of ways, YES.  Is it worth $50?  To me YES, to most people PROBABLY NOT.  But $50 isn't a tough stretch for me.  If you have to save up for it, you'll likely be disappointed).

My only complaint with the Type 59, is the 8.0 sec gun, and that is with all the options. Too long of a reload time.  I like the Type 62 much better.
