I'd like to see how many days since a clan member has been actively playing so if someone stops playing for a long time, they can be removed so that someone else can join the clan.

The Blitz Stats app will provide player stats by day for the past seven days.
As mentioned above, blitzstars.com will show the data for the last time a player hit battle - to the minute.
