150mm HE can still do plenty of damage, unlike the IS7 trying to pen me with .4 accuracy and 303 penetration. also, there are only like 4x hulldown locations for a tank with -6 gun depression. And at the end of the day, its the most ammo-rackable tier ten other than the 140.

.4 with 303 is enough to get through the angled hull and turret of the E100.
Suprisingly, the IS-7 can go hull down in a lot of spots.
I've only been racked once.

Most people at tier 10 are either spamming HE for no reason or have no idea that E 100 w/ HE is a good idea. I'm not saying the tank is bad, but they killed it IMO with the nerfs.

True, and the FV will take a hill better than an IS-7, but the IS-7 is no slouch in terms of acceleration.
