Apple Store Playing With Me?

I've gone to Apple which is in Osaka and I've asked what is wrong with this.

>I Try Update

>It Doesn't

>I Remove game and Reboot iPad Mini

>I try Download Game

>It Says Open and I Tap it several times.

>Nothing happens

That's seriously what they told you at the Apple Store? You need to file a support ticket with Apple through your iTunes account, and make sure to mention the complete ineptitude of their Osaka store employees. There should be an easy fix for your problem.


on another note, have you tried syncing to your computer, and attempting to uninstall/install that way?

File a glitch ticket to customer service center (button on top right of forum)

I had the same sort of problem like this with Blitz and several other games. When you download it does it load or appear on your home screen? If it doesn't then you should try restarting it again. Might have to try several times. Also see of your time and date is set correctly.
