Are you upset about noobs* camping? What about noobs rushing cap? Do you just really hate noobs? Has matchmaking completely ruined your win-loss percentage? Does your stock tank with 50% crew and no equipment suck worse than you thought? Are invisible tanks and/or hackers ruining Blitz? Have angry opinions about wallet warriors? Did a shot fly through a brick wall, a rock, and a train to kill you, just as you were about to get your Raseiniai Heroes' Medal?

Welcome to Rant Club.

No need to start yet another thread about silly noobs again! You can just bottle that anger up during a Blitz session and release it here.

Rules of Rant Club:

1) The first rule of Rant Club is you do talk about Rant Club—spread the word, keep all the ranting focused in one place; it's the only way to stop someone from asking about artillery (again) or complaining about how matchmaking is totally rigged against them!

2) No shaming or flaming. If you are mad about something or at someone, get it off your chest, but there is no need to call anyone out. Just use vague terms: "This one dude totally ruined the last game." "This total noob pushed me in front of a IS-3 and got me blowed all to pieces." (Now, if you want to compliment someone on a good game or a fantastic kill shot, that's fine. Just no shaming. No need for that here, that's what Wargaming has community moderators and tickets for.)

3) Keep it clean and no punches below the belt. This is a place to get things off your chest (better out than in!), not to insult or offend people. Any offensive posts and/or trolling will absolutely be reported by me. I don't mean to be a buzzkill, but there's no reason to go out of your way to be insulting, degrading, or offensive. The Blitz community is fantastic, and I plan to do my small part to keep it that way. And I know you are all smart enough to find fantastic new ways to voice your anger without stepping over any lines. (Also, please read the Community Pledge. I'm not saying you have to sign, but be aware of it. It's a pretty rad thing.)

The TL;DR version: Don't be a jerk.

[More rules to come, as needed]

* The use of the word "noobs" by me is in playful jest, as I still consider myself a rookie and a noob (take a look at my stats/how long it took me to grind one line to IX, have never played WoT on PC or Xbox, etc.), and the word is so incorrectly used and just generally overused to have really lost any meaning for me and many of the people I chat with on this forum. I also am not offended when someone calls me a noob, and frequently call myself a noob (usually after getting myself tank murdered in an embarrassing and silly way). The word is used so often here on the Blitz forum to have been effectively "normalized" and worked into everyday tanking conversation.

You don't necessarily have to be polite, but there's no reason to bring, say, a religious group, a gender, etc., into the discussion, you know? Just focus your language and anger on what annoyed you: a bunch of idiots rushing off to cap and getting slaughtered, a bunch of idiots camping while you get slaughtered, your annoyance at how many people post about artillery, etc.

I rant pretty hard on a regular basis about how bad some of the teams I've been on recently have been, and I will use some interesting language, I just won't cross any lines. Obviously, swearing is going to get flagged right away, so I didn't mention that. I've just seen a few posts by (luckily a very few) forum members that made me go, "Why? Why did you go there? I was with you up until you said that."

Ummm, there are no invisible tanks or hackers. Invisible tanks are a result of the spotting system placed to balance the game, and it's next to impossible to successfully hack a server side game like WoT, especially when you cannot own your own server to allow those sort of things as host.

So no rants about invisible tanks and hackers plz

I think the term is so overused (and often used incorrectly) to have been all but stripped of any real meaning, you know? And I'd rather someone say, "This total noob in a M103 completely noobed up the game today!" than "LarsGarvey is a total **** and a **************, and if ever see him and his *********** ******* M103 again, Imma gonna straight TK him and hope that his entire family feels the impact."

I don't like them because kids [redacted] about non-existent issues, to make up for their lack of skill, or to explain something they don't understand (the "invisible tanks" translate quite literally into ghosts with that definition lol). It's either that or people wishing for Arties that set me off.....

Noob is the new N word. So you can only call a person a noob if you yourself ARE in fact a noob.

I DID 5000 DAMAGE IN MY T110E3 AND THIS NOOB T34 WOULDN'T HELP ME KILL THE LAST ENEMY(PERSHING) SO I HAD TO SETTLE WITH A DRAW. HE DID 0 DAMAGE THAT ENTIRE GAME. I COULD HAVE RECEIVED MORE MEDALS BUT I ONLY GOT A MASTERY BADGE AND A PATROL DUTY.

If you see a rant like that here, absolutely set them straight. I plan to do the same, and to encourage these people suffering the dilemma of invisible ninja haxor tanks to get some optics/binocs, send out some scouts, etc.

I'm curious about this, too. I have got the medal exactly once, but I've been running the American heavy line with only occasional breaks to play my credit grinding SU-100Y.

Don't derail the topic! But I will say this, the T2 Light is probably one of the better tanks to get PDs in, although I've gotten them a great deal by using my mediums or heavies. Back to the rants people!
