Camo not showing up on certain tanks and maps

Anyone else experiencing this? I have bought camo for all my sniping TDs with net and on some summer and winter maps I don't get to see it. Mainly happening with summer and winter camo on my Jackson and Dickermax but also desert on my FV4202. I just got a team to confirm they could see it. (Took several battles I might add). I am running android on a nexus 7 2013 tab.

Happens to me with my T-44 on Himseldorf.

Currently the leader of Midnight Lynx [MNLX] the one clan that is better than yours.
