I thought the new MM system implemented a tier for tier system, where each team would have the same of each tier in the game bar some situations where platoons mess it up. Shouldn't one of those T9s be on my team at the very least?

I've had a few of those games, but this is the worst I've seen. It's a 5.8% deviation, maybe the system rounded down to 5?

Ratbat said that if the server was below 10k people, variations in mm can happen.

Another case where a second pass over the MM results could easily balance things better.

The fail toon probably messed the mm up but, even then.......

The dispersion control is class based, not tier based

We don't know the value system they are using.  We don't know if it was outside 5% until we know the values they give each tank.

Confusing, it all is.  Maybe he meant to say "dispersion is not always class and/or tier based".

It's not like they care till people complain about it enough..

Happens to me way too many times..as much as 3-6 in a row some nights....and not past 3-5k players either.

Between the still rampant ping spikes and afk's.
