It means the gun is an autoloader. If you tap on it, you will also notice a different setup for reloading. It now shows the clip size, the clip reload, and reload between each shot. (if that makes any sense)

If you don't already know, an autoloading/drum fed weapon in WoT is a gun which has a clip. This clip offers good burst damage in a short period of time, but when the clip is empty, the user has to spend a long time reloading. Notable examples of such tanks currently in game are the Chi-Ri and the Spahpanzer 1C. The Chi-Ri has a 3 shot autoloader which can deal an average of 480 damage if all three shots hit and penetrate while the Spahpanzer has a 2 shot autoloader that can do 450 damage if both shots hit and penetrate.

Also, most French vehicles feature autoloading guns, but with bigger clips and therefore more burst damage.

And horrid clip reload times...

Whatever, since people seem content with the plain oleophobic coating and dragging their meaty, calloused workman's thumbs around like proto-lizards sliding up out of the primordial ooze onto dry land, it's just more for me.  I'm happy to float on fiber and run circles around you filthy casuals. Eat my dust, snail thumbs.
