Yeah I tried to buy the basic kit twice and all it did was charge a dollar each time to my debit card (PayPal MasterCard FYI ) I get an email every time a purchase is made and for exactly how much so basically I have received absolutely nothing for 2 dollars and I'm afraid to try again in fear that it will charge me for nothing a third time

Just send a ticket with a screenshot of your email receipt or transaction history and I'm sure they'll sort it out.

Just don't try again. The game is just trying to steal peoples money now. You can try sending a ticket to support if you want.

I didn't try again it just kept charging me. Thankfully I removed my debit card

Yes especially as I tried to make a 24 dollar purchase I don't think they're trying to steal my money. Maybe. Bit nonetheless it still annoys me

You might also need to contact apple for reimbursement. You should have a receipt of the transaction(s) in your mailbox.

Well, he should really just do one or the other. Either send a support ticket to get the stuff he payed for, or contact Apple to be reimbursed for the cash he spent. He shouldn't contact Apple for reimbursement if he also plans to get what he paid for.

yea not sure. I just remember reading stories of parents trying to get reimbursed for their kids in-app purchases having to go through apple and not the developers.

Correct, Apple is the seller of everything in the AppStore, even IAPs, so they are the ones to go to for a refund. If he wants the gold, etc. he was charged for he should contact Wargaming support. If he wants his money refunded, he should contact Apple.

The problem is that I bought attempted to buy a 24 dollar pack multiple times and it charged me 3 dollars in 3 separate transactions . Not 24 so if I received any sort of compensation what would I receive?

That's really strange. What does it say you bought on your receipt. Did you get the tiny kit? Anyway, support will have to tell you what to do.
