Absolutly! I played A bunch of games last night and made 1 million credits total in one night. This thing is a credit printer. Anyone who didn't get this Tank is missing out big time. I had to gold the eighth mission due to not being around to finish. I wanted so bad to get it for free but work always gets on the way. To tell you the truth I don't think the reload is that bad compared to what you get in return.

I absolutely love mine, 18 or so games in and I have a 70 something % WR with 2.5k avg dmg. It has now replaced my annoying IS-6 as my go to premium tier 8 heavy.

Nope not worth it for me. I had a lot of free time the first weekend and the resets made me wait. And its funny how you only here the words "it prints credits" the fist month and then after that no more. So not falling for the hype on this one.

I got it by casually grinding it. I expected to get it with 2 days to go, but with the mission tokens and my improved experience earning power, I ended up about 3 days ahead of schedule.
the daily resets actually gave me aN excuse to put the game down a few evenings lol
I haven't played it much but have greatly enjoyed the games in it.  Very glad I got it.
It was mentioned on Tankboom that a platoon of them might not be good due to the reload.
But what about focus fire of that dpm burst?  A dead rank doesn't shoot back.  Or you could rotate back and forth so that one is shooting while the other is reloading?

I wouldn't borrow $$ for it or get fired or divorced over it, but if it's within your reach there's no regret.

I didn't notice until now but the defender has some back points. The fact that it has pretty bad aim. Oh and it is terrible for ramming. The front tracks will always break

its terrible for ramming? Really? I havent tried ramming but its pretty accurate with gun laying drive and vert stab. Only thing i like about this tank is it grinds pretty good credits - when u win the battle.....

Loving the IS-3 Defender and making a long list of tanks to buy with all the credits I am earning now. Looks like I am going to have to buy extra garage slots now. Lol

By the way anyone know if the IS-3 Defender gets Preferential Matching or will it be seeing tier X after the Update?
