Ok, just wanted to make sure.  Didn't want clan members disappointed if only some got the premium time awarded.

It updates in real time so this is the way to track it.

I don't see why we cannot get an answer on the exact deadline or at least a comment that they are checking with the developers. I salute WG for making this premium time award available to us, but many clans want to know if it is possible to make a last push for a slightly higher award.

I put in a PM earlier this week when none of the questions here were answered but still haven't heard anything back either.

The rewards will be delivered on April 13. This will be done server-side so it will show up automatically if you and your clan met the requirements.

Just a heads-up that I've opened a ticket as I haven't received premium time. I moved into my clan on March 17th which is in accordance with the stated rules. Not sure if this is a common problem or a 1-off, but thought I'd mention it here.
