Don't post the screenshot here. It will do nothing but get you in trouble for "naming and shaming" which is the lamest thing I've ever seen on any gaming forum, but oh well.
What you should do is report through support. Follow the below link to learn how to do so.

It is time consuming and a pain in the rear, because WG doesn't actually seem to care if people violate the rules, unless it's naming and shaming. But hopefully if you submit them they may get some form of punishment that will stop them from doing it again.
