Nah, tankers were known for customizing their tanks whenever possible. Feel free to load them out anyway except in regards to guns used.

If I do Barbarossa, KV-2 wasn't available till 9 months in.... No sure if I'd use it or not as I'd be representing the initial first weeks.

Maybe restrict the amount of gold used? Because seeing ISUs with the howitzer spamming HEAT wouldn't be fun

Will you be organizing 501 teams? I would like to put my Tiger 2 to good use before I get the E75.

Click here to give a damn

Thanks for giving me a damn, because I sure as hell don't.

Perhaps for future contests... Trying to keep it simple-ish. Considering that they are forced to not use the BL-10, I think it's fine if they use Heat... We can tell if someone is using the wrong gun, but we can't tell how much heat they loaded... ):

Very cool!   Sadly I have none of those tanks anymore... lol.  I guess I'll need to buy some back... but I refuse to get the Flatpanzer...nope... not gonna do it...wouldn't be prudent.

Edit:  can I use the Victory?

Really awesome idea.

What are thoughts on T-34/85 division with only 45 tier points? Can it handle at 50 pt German division, say the one with several Tiger II's, with

all the sidescraping spots available? Would be interesting to see...

Exactly..... T34/85s are considered to be pretty OP... It will take a skilled Russian team to make it shine. I have a plan for when the rush comes out to balance this army.

It's not exactly historical with that paint job, but if it's all you have I guess it's fine...;)

Fair point :)

I'll volunteer as an ISU driver, of course using the howitzer. Gonna try and load up ammo historical though, so no excessive heat spam.

The Russian tanks shouldn't be allowed a repair kit... I read a book recently that highlighted the fact that the Russian tanks very, very frequently broke down and were abandoned... on the other hand, the Germans should not be allowed a fire extinguisher... they caught fire all the time....

While I totally agree, the issue lies with not being able to check and see if said player have done this or not, we couldmake those rules, but we can't enforce them. Guns are easy to check as we can visually confirm, but we can't see another players load out....

This is an excellent point. It only brings more ethos to the "realistic battle" theme here. As crappy as it is for the tank driver, it is how it once was.

you don't have to necessarily. Your doing historical battles not operations. Do the "Battle of Raseinai" it is of course, I believe correct me if I am wrong, where the medal in WoT got it's name from. They used KV-2's there
