Training Rooms are awesome and it's made this game fun again (in a way but) people lie in training room saying its no shoot, or racing no shoot, then some guy starts something next thing know your driving session with others is costing you credits.  Credits you don't want to spend or credits you can't spend because WoTblitz has decided to take something cool and turn it into a quest for credits. Training Room should either be FREE or a max of 100 Credits placed on repair cost.  Reducing WoTblitz's "Credit Trolling" on Training Room would go a long way to fixing some problems.  In my own clan???.....we have issues with people not following rules, not wanting to agree to a tier limit, trying to do a WWII historical battle and some no-talent idiot wants to bring his tier-10 Cold war Goon, etc. etc. etc..  The credit thing is already causing issues.  I would just about bet it's causing other clan members issues as well.  And....It would be an awesome idea (since we're trying to create a new world order) if games like his stopped being fixated on mundane things like "Credit-Grinding" and return to PURE FUN.  I (for one) would pay a purchase fee or other fee to stop the "Credit-Trolling" and return to WWII Action, Adventure, and Fun.

Thanks...

If we did that then everyone would be in training rooms

WG needs some incentive to  keep people in public games.

a max limit on credits for repair that's reasonable would be better.  But I see you missed my point altogether anyway.

10k credits isn't gonna break the bank. That's how much my Obj 140 costs to repair from if it died during the training session. I expect something like a Maus or E100 will cost 15k. Again, it's not gonna break the bank. I can easily fund 10 training room sessions with 3 good games in the SU-12244.

You're worrying about a really minuscule amount here.

If you are worried about it just use a tier 1 for map exploring.  No repair costs.  Racing is another matter but come on, repair costs aren't going to break the bank. Just play a regular match or two.

One good game in is6 = 10 training room games. Just be happy you don't have to pay for provisions, consumables, or all that prammo you shooting around

I completly disagree OP. They need people to populate the public server as well. Making it free would mean no one would ever play the pub server. They have a few things to work on for training rooms but making it free OS not one of them. Get yourself a Lowe and grind credits when needed. We got lucky we only pay repair costs.

I figured repairs would be free, but you would pay for ammo and consumables.
It's far cheaper this way.
If you want free training rooms you can run tier 1 tanks.  They are free.

While I do agree WG has every right to put a TR cost to encourage some degree of Random Battle play, I don't agree at all to what you said there. 10k is 10k, but it stacks up over time. In just two days, I have managed to bleed 800,000 credits, and yesterday, that number went to 1.3M. As a person who vehemently dislikes the new MM (especially for what it did to the IS-6 and Type 59, my main two credit grinders), I haven't been paying many Random Battles to compensate for it.

In short: Yes, WG should put a cost to Training Rooms. No, it is not a negligible cost to any degree.

Agreed it's not negligible.  I dropped 100K in just over an hour on the repair cost of the STA-1, with a standard account.  At that rate I'd be completely broke in a week or less if I just played training rooms.

They want you to stay out of Training Rooms and use it only for testing stuff.

Be glad it isn't like PC where repairs are free, but you have to pay for provisions, consumables, and ammo.

"I've supported this game for too long. There are too many frustrations with playing this game. And I believe that it's not worth playing anymore. This is not because of Update 3.8. I have been losing interest in this game for a while now. I believe that it is time for me to put the game down and finally move on with life. A big thanks to the forums for helping me on the road to 60%, and sometimes giving me a good laugh. o7."

I think the training rooms have been great and a lot of fun and I am willing to drop some credits to improve. What I don't like is when there is miscommunication and I lose credits because someone shoots me and destroys modules even though it went against the rules or the understanding prior to committing

I've balanced my training room endeavors with random battles in my premium vehicles and while I lost 500k due to a TR binge when the update came out, I'm now settled at a healthy 1.5M and I've been slowly gaining credits with the 3 TR - 1 random battle (in a premium tank) ratio.
