I think you got spotted since you move your vehicle at least once while he was close range. Also proximity spotting, he has crew skills, or equipment.

Possibly a lucky blind shot? More likely he had full provisions and Vents and you traversed the hull a little and he spotted you.

Your active camouflage has to recharge so you took a arrow to the hull.

That tank is about 141 meters away from the Tiger P, and Tiger P has 250 mm view range.

It is indeed all lies. Bushes DO NOT guarantee concealment. And to be (almost) exact, that Tiger (P) was about 141m away from him, so it's not proximity spotted.

What bushes do is inflate your camouflage. Let's say that you hide behind a thick bush that gives you 30% extra camo value. An SU-100 has a camo value of 13% when moving, so when it moves into the bush, it has a camo value of 43%. The Tiger (P) has a base viewrange of 250. Let's assume he has both crew provisions. His 250m view range increases to 266m. 43% of that, which is 114, is negated, which means he has an effective viewrange of 152m, more than the 141m needed to spot you.

Don't trust bushes too much. And don't trust them at all in close-quarters combat.

That isn't the entire story because you need to factor in camo.

You still get camo while moving, and the bushes always conceal you better except when you fire.

Where are you getting these camo values from, it says nothing about that in the details in the garage.

SU-100's camo is great, but it's not good enough to that level.

I have had a moving Heavy spot my Dragon behind a bush(also have plus 18% camo from crew skills) before I see him.  No I did not just shoot ether.  I have been testing this in TR rooms and Camo may not be working as intended.

I couldn't spot a tog on top of the hill but he could spot me on the move 100 meters away in dragon.

I also flanked a Leo trying to spot and using his camo behind concealment in an is4
