And I would respectfully disagree. A reward for acting like a decent human being to others? How about we just punish those that continue to have infractions, act like tools and generally contribute to the downfall and lack of enjoyment of the game? How about we stick to our guns with those punishments? The reward for those acting like they should and following the rules placed before all of us should be an enhanced gaming experience. Less trolls running around means more fun and that is reward enough for me. Perhaps I am just old school. I was always taught to follow the rules and failure to do so results in punishment. But whatever soothes people nowadays.

What you just said doesn't disagree with what I said.  The punishment system that is already in place today isn't going away.  In fact, it's becoming stricter.  It used to be that you had to get 10 warnings before getting banned, now that's down to 5.  The only thing that's being added is the reward system for those who get no strikes.  I don't have a problem with that.

I understand debate exists about Wargaming's new behavior policy, but I really appreciate the company's attempt to develop transparent and effective rules for its game; too many other games fail in this area and I really appreciate WG's efforts to improve their game.  Their efforts ensure that I will continue to play and support the game despite player misbehavior.

We need a clear definition of name and shame from WG, because, regardless of how I feel about the comments, I do not see this as name and shame on any level.

From the way I've seen it applied, I could report your above quoted post for naming and shaming and it's a coin toss on whether you'd get a warning for it or not.

I recently ran into a really good and well known player you was very abusive in chat and pushed a team member into the Reds fire. I think he did this knowing that if he gets reported it will be wiped on the 8th

I wonder how many unnecessary and random bans will occur with this system

no you're opinion of me that you have clearly stated IS your opinion.  And again I care not about it kid. My skills are professional.  Truth.

I've stated no opinion of you.  Read my posts again.

I'm sure it makes you feel better about yourself to try to insult me by calling me "kid" and "son", but I get it.  It makes it easier for you to dismiss what I'm saying because you seem to think I'm a teenager, therefore you don't have to actually put any real effort into your replies and you can dismiss my facts without any further thought.

You'll be saddened to know that I'm 40 years old.  I haven't been a "kid" in many many many years.  You can stop trying to patronize me now, sport.  It ain't gonna work.

Maybe that pretend violence though is too much for you to bare.

Again, this type of talk is hilarious coming from you.  When people don't follow your orders, you throw a tantrum and go sit in the corner to pout.  That'll show 'em!

You know causing a heated argument on a thread created by the admins themselves isn't a very smart idea.

I admit, I would kind of laugh if those who are taking this as a pass to behave terribly got shown the door.

But, that would be a renege on WG's end, unfortunately.

So WG says slate wiped clean on Aug 8th, so people troll hard right before Aug 8th.

But what if WG changes their mind and decides not to wipe slate clean?  Heh heh heh. Enjoy your perma bans, you clowns.

The Cpt is not making this stuff up. I have personally seen buck act this way.  He claims to be professional but acts like an 8 yr old....mmm

If they had censoring offensive words as an option, less people would dïśgûīšē their cussing and it wouldn't be an issue.

Personally, I get very triggered when somebody says "dice" and "alecto."
