what does the forum and in-game rule violation policy have to do with player skill in game...

Has to do with behavior in game. Maybe people start playing to try and win more instead of being off in La La Land driving backwards at the enemy and never actually learning the game. You know the assclown that is in a tier 8 IS-6 shooting HE at everything because he doesn't know any better?! Reward good behavior both in game and out.

Basically what i think about the good boy cookie reward system.

Basically. I say again this game is doomed if they have to bribe players with premium time just to be a good little boy and get a cookie. 90 days wow.

I think it's equally dumb people get awarded scholarships for good grades, like wth? You have to bribe people with money to get good grades?

I really like the new system. Check out this article on positive reinforcement, one of the most effective means of training behaviors. Great move WG.

Would having your speech censured count as a strike.  A example of this was when I call the T-54 it's nickname the cockroach and it was censured.

We still need to submit a screenshot don't we???

As you did prior. We will not be giving out blind warnings/strikes.

I find the new policy a good one but i hqve a question how do we let WGING know the positive players? Will they record our chat logs? Or do we have to report them with screenshot like we report players, appeal or a ticket? I hope someone can explain. Good Luck in the Battlefield

We have plenty of ways to identify the good players. No marks in any of the categories is easy to find.

How are reports made? Do you have to have a screen shot of the offensive comment with the player's name visible, or what?

As you did before. If you see something in game chat that is against the normal in game chat rules, you can screen shot it and submit a ticket as you always have. We can then look into the situation.

I know, right?  It's so dumb that people who perform well at their jobs receive a bonus at the end of the year depending on their performance, or get fired if they perform poorly.  It's not like positive reinforcement has been proven by many studies to be the most effective type of reward/punishment system or anything.

I also think that there should be a reward scale based on skill levels. 55%+ get something, then 60%+, 65%+ and so on. Maybe these 48% derelicts will actually learn to drive their tank facing front!

Incoming noob question(s)

By "no game, chat, or forum violations during the 3 month period," does that just mean by having zero strikes in any category? Just making sure violation and strike are the exact same thing here.

When someone reports you, are you notified or anything? Are you only notified if WG decides to actually take action, like give you a strike? How can we check to see if we have any strikes, if any? Potatoes in game have threatened to report me for "camping" and what not in Nashorn, Emil, etc etc. as well as other "violations." Obviously things like those aren't actually going to get me into any sort of trouble, but I'm just wondering how and when players are notified if WG does deem something to be "strikeable" or not.

Clearly WG has seen an uptick in this kind of behavior lately and are doing what they can to try to curtail it.  I have zero problems with that.  Not sure why you're railing against it so hard though.

Correct a violation deemed by wargaming will result in a warning/strike. Whether chat, game or forum any category counts. You need to be completely strike free.

M when you are reported you are not notified. Should wargaming take action against you then yes, you will notified.

i hope not. This is where the abuse kicks in. You get 4k damage from a td spot in td. The player reports td doing his job. Ine tank goes to flank didnt do well last alive but still helped gets reported for not going with group. Please enter tocket limit per day to counter the hurricane of false reports that are sure to be reported
