No, it is not. This problem will solve itself with time. Many players have several dozens of vehicles in their Garages, so they don’t have enough Spare Parts for the entire vehicle fleet. But you will gradually collect enough Spare Parts to unlock new slots for purchased tanks in time.

Nah, other way around. There is an opportunity to learn from every person, situation, etc.. It's up to the student to make use of those opportunities. Why do you think "good schools" are so selective? They are not prestigious because they can teach anyone anything, but because they have great learners.

He's offering to help with what he has. Putting his time and effort into setting up the room and being willing to help anyone willing to go and try to get better.

I commend both his offer and those who take him up. The game as a whole will be a little bit better for their efforts.

That win rate isnt completely my fault, 6 allied tanks can mess me up too, other players can make us lose, not just me
