Remember that if you disagree with a warning or strike, you can file a support ticket to have it reviewed. All of the moderators have been through training, but we're all human so mistakes are possible.

Someone else commented that attaching screenshots was difficult for chat reports. As long as you spell the offender's name correctly so we can look it up, screenshots are not required because we can pull up all of their chat logs based on their name.
