K, to start:

Your device is not powerful enough.  the bigger the screen the harder the processor works to output the same graphics.

It's not wargaming's fault you don't have a better device.

Blaming WG will just make us laugh more.

If you really want to record, get a Windows 10 PC or a MacBook Air , you shouldn't have to pay more than $800 for either and can do 0% APR on the MacBook Air for a year (~$70/mo)

Well how am I supposed to figure out all this technology stuff. I still don't get how a phone has better performance, I mean ffs it's tiny and can't fit as much stuff inside it. My IPad mini should be able to fit a lot better equipment.

You may notice that over last 50 years, technology has been shrinking in size, while increasing in computing power - Moore's Law.

Our phones now are more powerful than Gameboys and Playstations of 16 years ago. 

iPhone 6S will be more powerful than 1st-2nd gen iPad, despite being tiny. 

That being said, as I said earlier, certain maps experience serious performance issues, such as Malinovka and Himmseldorf. That and every time a tank blows up, the FPS dips. 

Seems to me environmental effects like snow and smoke affect the FPS a lot.

Crack that puppy open and stuff more circuit boards in it.  It's probably mostly empty in there, it's got the room right?  Glue it back together when you're done, and bam, record using whatever you want...  Heck, while you have it open just strap a VCR to it, and you can record and play back all sorts of stuff.

iPad mini has same internals as iPad 2 introduced in March of 2011. Come on son! Imagine trying to even boot an Android tablet from 5.5 years ago let alone run any games on it and on top of it trying to record it.

This is your internet and your devices fault. Just because you start lagging doesn't automatically mean WG is behind it.

I don't know, maybe use your brain and figure it out? 

 

Obviously your brain can't process the fact that with time comes progression and with each passing year processors get faster/smaller/efficient; overall better and your iPad is 4 years behind the times. It's possible to stick better equipment in your iPad Mini if you crack it open but if you can't even figure out fully functional technology I don't suggest DIY tweaking and jamming the latest hardware in.
