Excellent guide! Had 3 noobs flank town earlier today. The 4 of us that went hill battled all 7 reds and did well. 3 noobs close out the win  (cleaning up on our damage) and brag how they carried........gotta love the flanking heavies!

And then they would call you "dead noob", "cry baby", "idiot"...

I wonder if they will ever learn.

This is damn funniest guide ever.  The mere existence of towns in this game shows us one thing: WG is a noob!

Seriously.  MadFatRedRat are you listening?  (He's the lead map designer - has a channel on YT.)

Canal: town is death.  Desert Sands: town is death.  Middleburg: town is death  Oasis Palms: town is death.  Vineyards: town is death.  Castilla: town is death.  Falls Creek: town is death....

I think I'm seeing a pattern here... hull down in hills > town All Day Long.  Not to mention that towns tend to be more centrally located on maps so you're exposing yourself to being pincered.

WG's game designers should get some input from top players on making a map where town has some actual strategic value.  Himmelsdorf is one of the most if not the most boring map in this game because it's got the open area in the middle no one in their right mind uses, and the gameplay around the edges is really quite dull.

Tanks:  _X: T110E5, T110E3, FV215b(183), IS-7, Obj.140  _IX: M103, T-54  _VIII: IS-6, T34, Lowe, T-44, IS-6, IS-3D  _VII: T-43, Comet, E25, AT-15A, SU-122-44

The absolute best is the T28 Proto.  "I'm too slow." Then proceeds to drive through empty town and up hill at the red spawn arriving just was the winning affirmatives begin.  Lesson learned?  Probably not.

Yeah forget maneuvering or using the map.  Let's all forget we can move around the map and use different positions and instead go fight on line because it's the current year 1757 for God's sake!

lol who needs to use logic when you have winrate autism?

I'll put it another way:  Corridor fights are not fun and are just attritional.

I know right. It TOTALLY makes logical sense to go into a death trap known as town while your team gets destroyed on hill. At this time, you can call your team noobs for going hill while you cap and wait for enemies to rush you. GG!
