Yesterday I played 4 battles on my oldest tank black Prince .my results are lost 3.

1)In one battle at black gold ville  map

My team got 1 dracula 2 helsing 1 lttb and a type62 .

Enemies got all 6 fast moving tanks and 1 kv2 .

I am slowest tank in that battle .

One player said all go caves .

So started my engine and start moving slowly .

Before I reach half way, half my team is dead.

Finally I manage to do 1k damage and enemy medium tanks rape me totally .

2) Another one take place in fort despair map .

All my team gone left side and I am moving slowly following them . Suddenly a type 62 spot me putting shots from back .I stop and ask for help but no one helped . I was stuck with black Prince in open field where I can find no cover and type 62 come and circle me to my dead .

Somehow my team win that battle but my role in winning that battle is nothing .

This tank need a urgent buff for its top speed otherwise it can't follow medium tanks and help them .what is use of fatty armor when you can't help anyone in correct time .

" Tier 7 battles are ending in 2 minutes because of new tanks are moving like bullet trains "

My only problem is I can't able to catch up with other tanks and help them .every time they left me back alone .

Don't play the BP. It was never a good tank to begin with, and if you are sitting here complaining that it is slow, then don't play it. It was made to be slow. I think you need to stop whining/complaining about this game as a whole.

Ugh, your signature makes me jealous. Plus, you're right.

Every thread you make seems to be complaining about a single tank -_-

You should have a plan like a safety cover for when you're in a slow tank especially when you notice your team hasn't spotted anyone yet.

Black Prince is an outdated trash heap. Tier 7 has to much speed for slow movers.  The type 62/Dracula have changed tier 7 forever.

Yeah the Black Prince has never been any good at all.  Total pile of trash, right?  Oh wait...

No it isn't.  You just have to play to its strengths.  Yes it's slow, but so are lots of other tanks.  Learn where to go and where not to go in a slow tank.

Basically all you need is a good toon mate. All it takes is a medium or a light to keep you covered. The tank I find to be the most useful wingman is an accomplished master of the Panther I.  This tank is the perfect back up if they have the fully upgraded gun as well as vents and rammer to take the reload down to 3.9 seconds. This keeps the enemy on their toes well a heavy hitting tank can reload its payload or a light hitting but good pen tank such as the black prince can keep pumping shot after shot into it while doubling damage with the panthers aid.

coper field is small map . I have no problem with this tank man.  It's armor is too good .

This tank need better top speed to follow other medium tanks .

I also think BP might be the best against lights and meds if they decide to not run away. Even multiple mediums won't break you.

it has great and trollish armor to eat AP

it has gigantic tracks and spaced side armor to eat APCR

it has great hull + turret traverse to catch up with the COD

it has laser-precise guns which never misses even if enemy reaches blitz speed,

it has amazing rof to keep them tracked in front of you, while you adjust your best angle

after that, it depends on who is driving the BP, and who is driving the medium/light tanks.

yeah a SU will remove them in one shot (sometimes) but it will also be punished dead if said aggressor doesn't camp in front of the 152mm gun. One on one close combat, I would pick the BP first over the SU or the light tank.

^^^^^^^^ less than 24 hours ago this player decided that the black prince was among the tier seven heavies best equipped to handle mediums and lights. load up the superfuel and get gud.

Very true, but this I don't like. Makes tanks like the AT15A practically unplayable, especially on larger maps.

I really enjoyed playing the BP a while back, but I never continued, and now it seems I'm a bit late with the introduction of much speed.

I actually liked by Black Prince when I played it. Use that armor, you can literally drive forward and DPM the absolute sh*t out of everything in your way

I love this tank. You just need to adjust to its strengths. You will get left behind, but the armor makes up the difference. Especially a tier 7-6 games, you can just roll out and start dealing damage. I think it's one of the view 7's I have an Ace Mastery in.

Plus the Caernarvon is a great tank as well so it's worth the grind.

I am a die-hard Panther I lover and I approve of this message. :) I'll platoon with your Black Prince any time!  These two accurate high-pen guns can perma-track and quickly kill anything they run into, including IS-* spam.

That's a screenshot from a year+ ago that proves absolutely nothing, other than BP can do well when beating up tier 5 and 6 tanks. Amazing!

Oh please, there was a grand total of *1* tier 5 tank in that game.  4 of the 7 reds were Tier 7, and only 2 were tier 6.  It's a very similar matchup to what you'd see in a Black Prince today.

What it proves is that the BP is not "never a good tank to begin with", nor a "piece of excrement", as people have claimed in this thread.

If you're trying to follow mediums in your BP, you're playing the BP wrong.  Stop doing that.

If you're not prepared to play against the Tier 7 fast tanks, you'd be better off staying away from that tier for a while.  This is a good time to play Tier 8.

Raj, Sorry you lost 3 straight, but you should know better.
