Hey, all! 

 

We're aware of some of the most prominent issues that have occurred shortly after update 3.3 was released. 

 

Both here in the forums as well as through our support system we've identified the following issues:

 

• Login problems
• Battle queue errors 
• Random game crashes
• Incorrect display of battle counts
• Tutorial mode activated when logging in

 

For the first two issues noted, a server update went out early this morning to resolve these issues. For those that have submitted a ticket to our support team shortly after the release of the update yesterday please expect support team members to follow up with you. Additionally, for those that haven't submitted a ticket to us and are still experiencing login issues after 3:30 AM PT please feel free to reach out to support for assistance. 

 

Finally, for the last three issues, we're expecting update 3.3.1 to be released later this week which is expected to resolve these issues.

 

Thanks for your patience everyone. All members involved with Blitz here at NA are working as hard and as fast as we can to get you guys back into the game and into your accounts!

Yes sure send a ticket with your user ID they will give you 10000 gold

Dude!! This sucks.big D. I better be compensated.I submitted a ticket already. Just some canned reply.my WR was hacked and tank WR hacked and WR not working its a s s backwards.I want gold and prem or I'm going to Google for a refund..why doesn't wotb test there updates for all platform's before release.??? SMH.!!!!!!! Hard.lol

That means nothing would happen.  I'm sure you meant that they would lose 10,000 gold, but if WG gave 10,000 gold to you that was taken from your account, then the net result would be zero gold.  Good try~!

My WR plummeted . 33 and my STA-1 is gone...Submitted a ticket and received a canned response. All I did was update the game....Hope they make it right.

My WR dropped 2.95%, i lost 6500 gold and 258k credits, have no tier 1 tanks now, somehow all my AP rounds turned to pramo rounds now, my Ipad lost 2 bars on the cellular signal, my left hand is starting to go numb, i lost vision in my right eye, i cant seem to hear what my wife is saying anymore. Oh ya, i have lag too.

I sent in 20 tickets with you guys already. not one time they responded smh. They are a scammers with this update and it should be reported. How the hell you make and send out a new update for new maps basically corny remodel maps  and other useless stuff and it ends up taking tanker stats ,gold etc they ain't trying to fix it they crooks   Ain't buying nothing no more till they fix it wot is garbage app

Looks like the patch fixed the FPS/ping issue.

still cant log into the game   says my game is out of date.and when I click on  update nothing......been 5 days now since I could play.....grrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Ya, i spoke too soon. FPS/ping issue is still there and it gets worse with more players in the server. Come on WG mist do your own server group and quit subcontracting to inferior service!
