I was just kicked out of game with server drop and now I cannot log back in...
Problem is back
Nothing has been resolved on my account as well as thousands of accounts. I contacted Google Play and they were fantastic. Their nunmber is....

You will talk to a person and they are very helpful. My game has been a mess since November 1st as soon as I hit update. And no, the second "Fix" on the 4th hasn't fixed anything either. I have sent in Tickets and receive canned, smoke and mirror responses...

They can't fix it. They have lost the data and will never be able to restore it. If they had the data they would have already applied the diff with little or no fanfare. They will continue to string us along with false promises until we get tired of sending in tickets and forget. WG is a poorly-run, slipshod organization who has no interest in us individually. Or do you suppose instead that they're trying to figure out how to migrate old account data and move it forward while merging new data added to the accounts since 3.3?
/sarcasm Because WG is an incompetent company that doesn't do backups, right? Because WG doesn't know how to make a MMO game work on iOS, Android, Mac and Windows... wait... OH SNAP
Maybe the one benefit of waiting for WG to fix the account data is that all you grumpy types will leave the game to people who don't have a pickle up their bum. I am waiting for a fix for this, and the stuttering problem that support confirms as existing. WG confirms they are working on both. So snap out of it, pal.

A heads up from a dev or admin would be nice once in a while.just so they let us know we haven't been forgotten. That's good customer satisfaction. Right?
